Podomoro Park Bandung has officially introduced the Millennial Home Japanese Style through a Premier Ceremony held in collaboration with Shimizu Corporation. The launch marks the public debut of a modern, Japanese-inspired residential concept designed for the younger generation seeking comfort, quality, and aesthetic architectural design.
The celebration was highlighted by a traditional Taiko drum performance by Hiroyuki Tominaga, Director of Shimizu Investment Indonesia, and Tedi Guswana, Regional Marketing Director of Agung Podomoro Land, symbolizing the strategic partnership between Podomoro Park Bandung and Shimizu Corporation.
At the same event, the Millennial Home Japanese Style show unit was officially opened, giving the public the opportunity to directly experience what it feels like to live in a modern home with authentic Japanese touches. The opening of the show unit allows prospective buyers to witness first-hand the design quality and comfort offered.
Two new types—Hanami and Hinoki—were also introduced, featuring modern layouts that blend tranquility, functionality, and natural Japanese elements. Priced from around IDR 900 million with monthly installments starting at IDR 5 million, these homes are positioned as an ideal first property for young buyers. Residents will also enjoy a strategic location, resort-style facilities, lush green surroundings, and a one-stop living concept.
“This project is more than just housing; it is a realization of young people’s dream to own a high-quality, safe, and affordable home. Through our collaboration with Shimizu, we bring a fresh experience of modern living that is in harmony with nature,” said Hiroyuki Tominaga.
Podomoro Park Bandung is inviting the public to prepare for the upcoming booking/NUP period, as demand is expected to be high and unit availability limited. The Millennial Home Japanese Style is predicted to become one of the most sought-after residential options in South Bandung.
