Kota Podomoro Tenjo, the independent satellite city developed by Agung Podomoro, is celebrating its 5th anniversary with the launch of KPR Hunt 2025, a financing program offering a wide range of benefits.
Marking five years of growth, the initiative reflects Kota Podomoro Tenjo’s ongoing commitment to providing quality homes and business spaces that are accessible to a broad market. Designed to simplify property ownership, the program features light, flexible, and affordable mortgage schemes, available across all housing and shophouse products within the integrated township.
Rubby Agustianto, Head of Marketing at Kota Podomoro Tenjo, explained that the launch responds to strong demand for property in fast-growing areas with high accessibility and complete facilities.
“The 5th anniversary of Kota Podomoro Tenjo is the right moment to introduce financing solutions that are faster, more efficient, and competitive—helping more people realize their dream of owning property,” Rubby said in a written statement on Sunday (Aug 17).
“KPR Hunt aligns with Agung Podomoro’s commitment to deliver quality homes and business spaces, integrated with modern infrastructure yet still accessible to the wider public.”
The program also reflects a broader market trend. According to Bank Indonesia, 73.06% of primary home purchases in Indonesia are financed through mortgages (KPR), with total KPR value growing 7.81% year-on-year in the first half of 2025. This highlights the critical role of mortgage facilities in supporting property market growth.
Spanning 650 hectares, Kota Podomoro Tenjo offers extensive amenities, including a Grand Mosque, food center, Edelweiss Lake Garden, and a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Station that directly connects the township to the city center. These facilities not only enhance residents’ quality of life but also boost the long-term value of the area’s properties.
Rubby emphasized that KPR Hunt 2025 applies to all houses and shophouses, with no price limitations, giving buyers the freedom to choose according to their needs. With attractive financing schemes, competitive interest rates, waived administration fees, and down payments starting as low as 5%, the program is designed to make ownership more accessible, particularly amid rapid infrastructure development in the region.
Running from August 17 to October 31, 2025 and supported by 10 national banks, KPR Hunt 2025 allows consumers to purchase homes starting from Rp 300 million, with benefits such as mortgage interest rates from 2.5%, free KPR fees, VAT exemption, monthly installments from Rp 2 million, and instant approval. Customers purchasing between August 17 and October 26, 2025, are also eligible for exclusive premium rewards.
