Hundreds of Agung Podomoro Land Employees Showcase Outstanding Performance and Innovation at Employee of the Year 2026

Jakarta, October 13, 2026 – Agung Podomoro Land (APL) once again held the Agung Podomoro Employee of the Year 2026, an annual event recognizing employees who demonstrate outstanding performance and innovation. Held at the Ballroom of Kuningan City Mall in Jakarta, the event brought together representatives from Agung Podomoro’s business units across Indonesia, spanning shopping malls, trademalls, apartments, and residential developments.

Initiated by APL’s Human Resources and Development (HRD) Division, the program aims to identify and develop employees’ potential while fostering a workplace culture that values performance, creativity, and innovation. Participants underwent a series of training and development sessions to prepare their innovative ideas, which they then presented and competed with during the event.

To ensure an objective and professional evaluation, the competition was judged by an external panel of academics and professionals, including representatives from leading universities and Podomoro University, an educational institution under the Agung Podomoro Group. Through this annual initiative, APL reaffirms its commitment to developing internal talent, recognizing employee contributions, and cultivating a work environment that encourages innovative ideas to support the company’s continued growth.
