Jakarta, August 17, 2023 – Agung Podomoro's strong commitment to continuously introduce new projects in various regions of Indonesia is reflected in the Property Investment Festival held at Senayan City Mall Jakarta. The property exhibition, which runs from August 15 to 27, 2023, provides a strategic opportunity for Agung Podomoro to showcase a wide range of its property products, including residential, hotels, apartments, and malls.

Trihatma Kusuma Haliman, the Founder of Agung Podomoro, explained that during its more than 53 years of operation in Indonesia's property industry, Agung Podomoro has been aggressive in providing property products that align with the needs of the Indonesian people.

"Agung Podomoro has a solid track record. We have overcome various challenges and opportunities, even in the midst of crises, to continue driving Indonesia's economy. We continue to collaborate with the property ecosystem, such as construction contractors, banks, and other stakeholders, to advance Indonesia," Trihatma said at the Agung Podomoro Property Investment Festival (08/17).

Trihatma added that as a key player in the Indonesian property industry, Agung Podomoro will always play an active role in promoting sustainable economic growth through the development of reliable, leading-edge property products that support green environments.

Agung Podomoro's commitment to driving the national property industry forward is evidenced by its continuous launch of prestigious projects, even in challenging conditions. In dynamic and challenging circumstances, Agung Podomoro launched Kota Podomoro Tenjo, Bukit Podomoro Jakarta, Kota Kertabumi Karawang, and continues to develop existing projects such as Podomoro Park Bandung, Vimala Hills, Podomoro Golf View Cimanggis, and Podomoro City Deli Medan. Most recently, Agung Podomoro launched Parkland Podomoro Karawang in Karawang, West Java.

Bacelius Ruru, President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., stated that the national property industry plays a crucial role in supporting national economic growth. "For decades, Agung Podomoro has been collaborating with industry players in the property and related sectors. This is what enables Agung Podomoro to actively contribute by delivering property products that are always part of Indonesia's progress," said Ruru.

Recently, President Jokowi mentioned that Indonesia's property, real estate, and construction sectors remain resilient amid global economic slowdown. Moreover, these sectors are considered increasingly competitive and make a significant contribution to the national economy, accounting for 16% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

"As market leaders, Agung Podomoro will continue to be at the forefront of driving the national property industry. With this fighting spirit, we believe that the government's grand mission to advance the national economy can be achieved," Ruru emphasized in his official statement in Jakarta (08/17).

Agung Wirajaya, Corporate Marketing Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., stated that during this festival, Agung Podomoro is presenting live interactive sessions with various business units. This allows the public to directly learn about the progress of projects in the field.

"The success in developing property projects is thanks to the cooperation and support from all stakeholders, including the central government, local governments, state-owned enterprises, private companies, banks, and consumers. Agung Podomoro will always be where property products are needed because our business is in high-value property investments," Agung said.

Through this festival, Agung Podomoro aims to provide an experience and convenience for people who want to learn about and even own Agung Podomoro's flagship properties scattered throughout Indonesia. It is hoped that this festival will also assist the government in addressing the backlog of 12.75 million housing needs in the country.
