PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) continues to strengthen its property business through a strategic partnership with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., a leading Japanese property company. The collaboration has been further expanded through the development of Bukit Podomoro Jakarta, reinforcing APLN’s strategy to optimize its property portfolio, strengthen its financial structure, and create greater value for the company.
APLN’s partnership with Hankyu Hanshin has previously been established through several property projects and was further strengthened on July 17, 2026, through an agreement related to the development of Bukit Podomoro Jakarta.
APLN Corporate Secretary Justini Omas said the partnership with Hankyu Hanshin is part of APLN’s long-term strategy to grow its business through collaboration with global partners.
“We are pleased to continue our collaboration with Hankyu Hanshin. The continued trust placed in us reflects Agung Podomoro’s commitment and track record in delivering high-quality projects. With more than 56 years of experience in the property industry, we will continue to optimize every collaboration opportunity to create added value across our projects,” said Justini in an official statement in Jakarta on Monday, August 10, 2026.
Bukit Podomoro Jakarta is one of APLN’s flagship projects developed through this strategic partnership. Situated on approximately 9.6 hectares of land, the integrated residential development comprises 432 units, including 317 landed houses and 115 commercial shophouses.
As part of its integrated development concept, Bukit Podomoro Jakarta features premium facilities such as a Premium Club House and the Bukit Podomoro Business Park commercial area. Since its launch in 2021, the development has also recorded property price growth of approximately 10%–12% per year on average.
Bukit Podomoro Jakarta’s advantages are further supported by its strategic location, with access to major toll road networks and public transportation. Its proximity to shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions further strengthens the development’s position as both a residential destination and an attractive investment asset.
For APLN, the collaboration with Hankyu Hanshin not only provides additional resources for the development of Bukit Podomoro Jakarta, but also demonstrates the company’s ability to establish and manage strategic partnerships with global property companies. The partnership further supports APLN’s efforts to optimize its portfolio, strengthen its business fundamentals, and sustain long-term growth.
With APLN’s extensive experience in Indonesia’s property industry and Hankyu Hanshin’s capabilities in the global market, both companies have a strong foundation to continue exploring property development opportunities in Indonesia.
“We believe this collaboration will have a positive impact on both parties while opening up opportunities for further strategic partnerships in the future,” Justini said.
