Agung Podomoro Land Unveils “Averly” and Opens Parkland Bridge — Shaping the Future of Karawang

Karawang, West Java — PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN), through its flagship development Parkland Podomoro Karawang, has officially launched a new housing type called Averly at Cluster Evergreen. The event also marked the opening of priority booking registration (NUP) for potential buyers.

The Averly unit stands out with its modern classic façade and versatile kitchen area, which can be designed as indoor, outdoor, or semi-outdoor. Priced below IDR 2 billion, it offers premium living within the project’s most exclusive cluster.

The launch was celebrated through a lively gala dinner titled The Future of Karawang on Saturday, October 11, 2025. The evening featured exciting door prizes, including gold bars and a grand prize Umrah trip for lucky customers. Guests were also treated to a 500-firework display and a special performance by Vierratale.

A day earlier, on Friday, October 10, 2025, Parkland Podomoro also inaugurated the Parkland Bridge, a new connector linking the Karawang Barat Toll Interchange to the Karawang town square (Alun-Alun). The ceremony was officiated by Karawang Regent Aep Syaepuloh and APLN President Director Bacelius Ruru.

Spanning across the 130-hectare Parkland Podomoro area, the bridge connects the West Gate (Patung Kuda) to the East Gate leading toward the city center. Once completed, it will significantly shorten travel time from the Karawang Barat Toll Exit to the local government complex and downtown area.

The inauguration also included a Grand Collaboration between IHC Hospital, Living Plaza, DAMRI, and PDAM Karawang, aimed at fostering sustainable urban development in the region.

As a strategic project by Agung Podomoro Land, Parkland Podomoro Karawang is designed as an integrated city, combining residential, business, entertainment, and Central Business District (CBD) areas.

The project is targeted for completion by 2033, featuring 3,300 housing units and hundreds of shophouses along its main boulevard. Moving forward, Agung Podomoro aims to attract more investors to strengthen the project’s value and boost Karawang’s local economy.
