Agung Podomoro once again demonstrates its commitment to developing public infrastructure that brings broad benefits to the community. Through its tangible contribution to the construction of the Soebianto Flyover and the Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) in Tenjo, Bogor Regency, the company plays a key role in improving accessibility and safety for local residents.

The Soebianto Flyover is a non-government-funded infrastructure project fully developed by Agung Podomoro Group as part of its effort to support the growth of Tenjo and its surrounding areas. The presence of the flyover and pedestrian bridge is expected to improve traffic flow, reduce the risk of accidents at rail crossings, and enhance connectivity between suburban areas and the capital region.

During the inauguration ceremony held at the Podomoro Marketing Gallery Tenjo, Agung Podomoro also officially handed over a land grant to PDAM Tirta Kahuripan. This grant marks an important step in expanding clean water distribution networks, especially for residential and new development areas in Tenjo.

The event also featured the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Bogor Regency Government and PT KAI (Persero) regarding the optimization of land surrounding nine active railway stations, including Tenjo Station.

Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto expressed his highest appreciation to Agung Podomoro Group for its support and commitment to realizing non-government-funded infrastructure projects in the regency. He stated that this initiative represents a significant milestone in regional development and stands as a clear example of effective collaboration between the government, state-owned enterprises, and the private sector.

“This collaboration not only improves accessibility and mobility for the public but also enhances safety. It’s a true example of sustainable development in Bogor Regency,” he said.

Through these strategic contributions, Agung Podomoro continues to strengthen its role as a trusted development partner for local governments, delivering modern, high-quality infrastructure for communities across Indonesia.
